To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午來試試油麻地呢間印度餐廳，環境帶有簡約的印度風格，鐘意佢大門上有圓拱形既玻璃設計。餐廳位置比較静，所以午餐時間座位有好多，叫左份咖喱雞肉set試下，配印度出名的薄餅 Naan及餐飲。咖喱雞肉咖喱有香濃印度香料味，好濃郁杰身，沾薄餅食好好食，雞肉略嫌鞋左少少。印度薄餅 Naan薄餅烘得乾身有咬口，係我鐘意既質地，一大塊切開3件，份量都好多。呢份印度午餐好滿足。菜湯係跟餐的，好似中式白菜湯，味道比較咸。
