To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

佐敦和油麻地一帶一向都聚集了很多印巴藉人士,所以這兩區的印度餐廳感覺上味道會比較正宗。佐敦就有兩間肩並肩的開着,味道都很好,就是人太多,可能是出名好食的緣故。今次有朋友介紹位於油麻地的這一間印度餐廳,食過後有驚喜,一定會再光顧。當中最喜歡的就是Tandoori Chicken,曾嘗試過在香港很多印度餐館,Tandoori Chicken都是煮得非常乾,似乎是煮得太久,讓雞肉本身變得「鞋颯颯」,但是這間店的廚師卻將雞肉的肉汁保留著,他的Tandoori Chicken做得很嫩滑。另外Naam Bread同埋印度手抓餅都很出色,點咖喱一流。
