To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日在油麻地吃了這印度小餐廳的Set Lunch，幾好味，有機會各位巴打絲打都可以試吓。一講印度野立即會聯想到咖哩，佢呢度個Set Lunch Menu就有齊咖哩雞牛羊，不過我今日就唔叫咖哩，叫咗個牛脷Masala，set lunch包埋湯同餐飲。是日餐湯係粟米蛋花湯，印度style，味道帶少少甜。Masala牛脷就煮得好淋，Masala汁調得好味，好多香料煮嘅，跟餐可以揀白飯或者Naan Bread，我要咗Naan Bread，因為同個Masala牛脷襯d，邊食邊點汁真係好正。餐茶飲印度奶茶Masala Tea，略嫌茶味淡咗d。成個餐盛惠68大元，無加一。
