好耐無食過印度菜,今日特登去到大角嘴呢區食印度菜,由印度人親自煮理,應該有返咁上下質素。素菜咖哩角,外皮炸得幾香脆,內裡嘅餡料唔算太辣,咖哩薯仔同青豆夠惹味,可以配以適量嘅青豆醬,效果亦唔錯。如果覺得辣嘅朋友,都可以叫杯芒果奶昔,清新鮮甜,可以中和一下口腔嘅微辣感。另外兩款肉食都值得推介。傳統嘅印式串燒雞肉,雞肉夠晒嫩滑,肉汁亦豐富,加些少酸甜醬,令人胃口更開。而鐵板羊鞍,以各種香料醃制之後,味道係極之惹味,最正嘅係羊鞍無咩羶味,令人更可以大啖大啖咁食。
