🏺自阿妹生完終於出返山之後,成為了熊妹近期最佳飯腳👣。咁當然要揾啲佢鐘意食的菜招待下佢。西餐、東南亞菜成日都食,今次就試吓中東印度菜啦。📌要試正宗嘅印度菜🇮🇳,當然要搵返間歷史悠久啲啦!位於上環的《Basmati》係香港開咗10幾年,都可以話經歷過好多香港經濟蕭條嘅時候。📌上環地鐵站C出口轉過彎就到,行一層樓梯上面全層就係餐廳。📌餐廳環境好大,餐廳與紫紅色嘅設計🔮,霓虹色嘅燈光💈,成個感覺好印度皇宮feel。📌真係有女王寶坐打卡位㗎,絕對啱晒熊妹女皇!即刻坐返自己個位先😆!📌仲有一排窗口卡位,絕對係熊妹心心眼嘅座位!勁好彩地6:00嚟到,職員率先安排坐窗口位先🖼️,真係手快有手慢冇!📌印度菜迷的阿妹一望餐牌,即刻知道有邊啲係著名印度菜一定要試!咁熊妹梗係將發版權交俾佢啦🧱!Veg Manchurian,$118先叫咗個印度小食試吓先!阿妹話食印度小食就要試佢啲炸物!呢個雜菜丸粉漿丸球入邊有少少雜菜,炸起之後再撈上印度辣汁🌶️,連埋洋蔥🧅、三色椒🫑一齊炒起,好似一碟餸菜咁!辣汁味道都幾辣下,粉漿丸球撈埋辣汁好惹味,份量好多,估計有四個人份量!Samosas,$72另外,印度炸物小食就梗係要試

另外,印度炸物小食就梗係要試吓印度咖喱角啦!咖喱角係雜菜餡,咖喱味都幾重,香而唔辣,外皮做得幾酥脆又唔油膩,連埋入邊咖喱醬汁一齊食,確實係幾滋味,果然係著名小食!

有熊妹在,一定有好多蔬菜!
好大一兜蔬菜入邊有熊妹最愛嘅西蘭花🥦、椰菜花🥬、紅蘿蔔片🥕同埋菜心,全部都係熊妹最愛嘅蔬菜。
蒜蓉味好重🧄,食咗咁多重味油膩嘢,食啲菜纖維,清理一下腸道,感覺即刻舒服晒。

點印度醬汁牛肉梗係要配印度薄餅啦。阿妹話蒜蓉薄餅會比較好味啲!一大塊薄餅切成四塊,裏面有少少蒜蓉味,外皮味道淡,夾埋醬汁牛肉食真係好夾!

阿妹話印度飲品一定要試呢個芒果酸奶,因為係印度嘅特產!
哇!酸奶嘅質感好好濃稠加埋芒果醬汁🥭,酸酸甜甜都幾開胃,係非一般嘅酸奶味!

青檸配梳打,gur一 gur佢,一解一餐嘅油膩! 📌《Basmati》可以稱得上係一間香港地少數正宗嘅印度菜,老闆係留港定居咗30幾年嘅印度人,傾傾吓偈,再發現原來係阿妹一直喺深井食開嗰間《Indian Hot Pot Curry Restaurant 》嘅餐廳老闆!吸引力法則就是咁解!
