要數在我心目中最出色的印度餐廳,GAYLORD定必名列前茅,除了各式各樣傳統印度菜外一系列創新fusion印度料理都令人直豎姆指。GAYLORD雖然開業至今已經有五十年歷史,但搬遷至現時太子集團中心的新舖後只有約四年時間,環境方面依然整潔簇新。入座後會先免費送上印度薄脆,輕薄鬆脆可以配上薄荷醬。松露奶油咖喱雞柳 Truffle Butter Chicken ($228)奶油咖喱雞(Butter Chicken)可謂其中一道最經典的印度菜,加上珍珠洋蔥汁及黑松露牛油別出新意,松露香氣馥郁而整體口感份外醇厚豐潤,烤雞雖然可再更加入味但肉質嫩滑無比。蟹肉印度夾餅 Kerala Spiced Crabmeat Taco Time ($158)餡料分別有蟹肉或芝士兩款選擇,薄餅質感柔軟再配上蟹肉、洋蔥及芫荽微辣惹味。串燒羊肉卷 Lamb Seekh Kebab ($98)羊肉卷以免治羊肉混合研磨香料及薑蒜醬製成條狀,再中肉質結實彈牙,羊肉羶味雖重但加上檸檬汁後相對平易近人。炭燒雞柳 Chicken Tikka ($88)雞柳加入多種香料並以乳酪醃製,令肉質嫩滑之餘並保留肉汁,炭烤至邊位焦脆且更添
