Happy Friday lunch, 約咗大學同學去1881,大家中間點食lunch。Arts students 嘅關係,我哋一致決定要試1881嘅梵高廚房Van GOGH Senses。以印象派畫家大師梵高做主題,由荷蘭取得專利授權經營嘅主題餐廳,門外已有落地大畫,十分耀目。店內有各款產品,有花茶,朱古力,月餅,甜點,茶杯套裝,以及適合小朋友嘅故事書圖畫集填色薄。店內裝潢亦十分舒適。Set lunch 係3 course, 沙律或湯,主菜,甜點及餐茶。我哋order 左 煙三文魚凱撒沙律,蘑菇湯配松露;烤美國豬腰肉及香煎鱸魚,水果及香橙薑茶及茉莉花茶。餐包軟熟,配上牛油香軟。沙律新鮮,口感豐富,煙肉及麵包粒香脆,配上爽囗羅馬生菜🥬,十分美味。湯香濃不膩,松露微香。主菜豬腰肉彈牙新鮮,沾上黑醋汁夾上肉汁開胃惹味。鱸魚外皮煎得香脆可口,配上粟米及沙律菜味道相配得宜,十分清新。水果分量十足,有奇異果,西瓜及哈密瓜。餐茶香滑,有消滯作用,為豐富一餐劃上完美句號。
