朋友請飲茶,當然第一時間話ok啦。佢搵到一間非常有質素酒樓,聴講師傅係日本富麗華任職多年,專為高官名人服務,回香港後曾任米芝蓮高級食肆,經驗豐富。今次有食神。點心即叫即蒸,熱辣辣。叉燒焗餐飽面層蜜糖甜甜地,叉燒餡料十足,麵包軟熟。鮮蝦菜苗餃皮薄薄的,透出內餡。菜嘅鮮甜顯著。鮮蝦腸粉蝦隻爽口又大隻,滋味。生煎蘿蔔糕富有蘿蔔嘅清甜,絲絲有口感。紅油炒手辣度有勁,惹味。鳯爪排骨飯煲仔飯夠傳統。秋冬季節最合時。
