同朋友去了食晚餐,揀了一間比較多人幫襯的餐廳,食物款式主要以京川滬為主,有多款的小食前菜,川式食物及北京填鴨等,款式甚多,而者價錢亦唔算貴。青城山杏汁白肺湯杏仁味道略淡,但配搭了白菜仔,豬肺乾淨無騷味,湯清且甜。蒜泥白肉以青瓜片包裹著薄薄的腩片,加上特製的蒜泥汁,帶點蒜辣香。椒鹽九肚魚九肚魚炸得香脆又嫩滑,不過略嫌味道較淡。烤北京填鴨半隻填鴨即叫即燒,而且外皮香脆並去掉油脂,鴨肉切成小件,加上青瓜、大蒜及酸梅醬,十分美味。四川擔擔麵擔擔麵表面舖上了肉碎,湯底的花生醬不會太濃稠,味道帶點辣香,麵質爽口。
