To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得之前,每次坐巴士經過這間位於深水埗的添好運點心專門店門外都有很多人正在等位,每次看到這樣的情景,我都很想來食,但如果要等一至兩個小時才有位,我又沒有這樣的耐性了。所以,今天中午是第一次來這裡吃點心,等候的人不多,我們等了大約十五分鐘便可以入座。我最喜歡就是這個酥皮焗叉燒包,熱騰騰的叉燒包外皮很香脆,內裡的叉燒不太肥膩。鮮蝦腐皮卷~很惹味香口,每節都包有鮮蝦我們還點了馬拉糕、蝦餃和豉汁魚滑釀尖椒,味道不過不失。
