To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同事強烈推介牛頭角呢間餐廳比我，話我食過一定讚。我又即管試下...入到餐廳已經聞到勁香，見每張枱嘅隔板都印上「即叫即炸．椒鹽豬扒飯」wow......真正嘅"色香味俱全"果然係招牌菜🥰豬扒肥美肉嫩，完全唔鞋，仲好厚肉。金黃嘅炒飯底，靚嘅炒飯，一定係粒粒米飯都鬆散的👍🏻大大碟，足料夠份量。面層仲舖滿炸香蒜．蔥花同辣椒。真心好食加多杯「手攪檸檬茶🍹」超滿足餐廳乾淨衛生，下次都會再嚟試其他款式😋
