唔經唔覺同另一半8年啦又係搵好西慶祝嘅時候,今次去食韓國菜🇰🇷 即席係面前切韓牛😍超高質韓燒體驗,限定星期六日先有得供應‼️韓牛精割品味體驗 $720/person包括韓國酒、韓式前菜、5款稀少韓牛部位、韓式小食拼盤、韓牛脂飯祭+$38 蜂蜜雪糕。每人包一杯韓國酒,是日韓國酒3選1,有柚子酒、梅燒酒及紅米막걸리酒,我地揀咗梅燒酒及紅米막걸리酒,第一次飲紅米막걸리酒,酒精味唔濃好易入口。韓式前菜有芽菜、泡菜、菠菜、辣蘿蔔及海藻,正宗做法可以Refill😆泡菜唔係只得辣味,帶獨特嘅酸甜味,前菜用黎配肉、飯食又得。至於拼盤係帶子及八爪魚,醬汁酸酸甜甜開胃。到主角韓牛登場😍 5款分別為板腱肉、翼板肉、肩胛里肌(黄瓜條)、特級牛小排及沙巴當,司傅即席係你面前切,而店員就會從旁講解每款肉嘅特點,之後仲會幫客人燒,每款肉都係建議點芝麻鹽,喜歡食辣就可點柚子辣醬。順次序由脂肪最少嘅食起:板腱肉因脂肪低,食起上來最有咬口,但唔會有渣,風味濃厚;翼板肉位於牛肩位置,口感就腍啲;肩胛里肌又稱黄瓜條,位於肩胛肉裡接近頭部的部位,5款之中我最鍾意呢款,油脂比例適中,肉汁豐富,啖啖都係肉汁;特級牛小排就取自前五花肉

順次序由脂肪最少嘅食起:板腱肉因脂肪低,食起上來最有咬口,但唔會有渣,風味濃厚;翼板肉位於牛肩位置,口感就腍啲;肩胛里肌又稱黄瓜條,位於肩胛肉裡接近頭部的部位,5款之中我最鍾意呢款,油脂比例適中,肉汁豐富,啖啖都係肉汁;特級牛小排就取自前五花肉的第一至第六條肋骨,可見油花比較豐滿,食起上來帶點肥肉質感,怕膩可以配生菜同配菜夾埋一齊食;沙巴當位於牛肩胛部的下部,接近肋骨的部分,比牛小排油花更豐富,個豐富得來夠均勻緊密,油脂的甘甜。一次食到5款唔同韓牛,超滿足😌

仲有韓牛脂飯Bibimbap,韓牛脂唔係肥肉,同樣口感十足,起哂飯焦,我自己鍾意撈埋柚子辣醬同配菜一齊食更惹味。
