To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放工突然想打邊爐,之前一年前黎過幾次牛涮鍋覺得質素服務都不錯,所以今日諗都無諗其他就去直接去食,我地去到20:30左右閒日黎唔洗等位,入去前揀左美國上級進口牛肉放題同骨膠豬骨湯底,價錢每位$188。入到去即時上左一碟豬同一碟仔雞件及一碟牛比我地,依三樣野都可以不限量再叫嘅,另外有一隻大碟比你出去出面拎蔬菜類,丸,麵之類,食物質素就ok嘅,因我無咩要求。每個檯都有一部機用黎追加加湯同埋單之類嘅,但我地用部機除左追加出餐快外,其他服務都好慢,我地不斷㩒,例如加湯幾次都無人應機......差d連湯都到底咁濟😂,就連埋單都.....無人應,開頭都以為太忙無人得閒,咁我地咪耐心等候,等下見唔對路,我地唯有唔用部機直接叫服務員兩三次先有反應,因我唔太清楚平時運作,部機可以比我有得咁樣㩒,我當然就會通過部機叫服務員,如果唔係......要部機黎做咩?🤷🏻‍♀️除左服務無之前咁好之外,其他都ok嘅,個人推介粟米丸(我唔係好記得正確名稱)一咬開𥚃面好似粟米湯咁,好好味(不過小心熱呀)
