To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老細突然嗌食開年飯,佢話好想食片皮鴨,所以揀咗去北京樓。由於即興冇訂枱,6pm去到已經7成滿座,因為未齊人,所以等咗15分鐘先拎枱,結果7點先有枱可以入座。😩本來想嗌餐,但因為有人想食水煮魚,又驚單點多一個會食唔晒,所以最後全部嘢散嗌。叫咗一隻片皮鴨兩食,水煮魚,奶油津白,小籠包,素鴨同醉雞,味道只可以話係不過不失,比星光行嗰間差(星光行嗰間其實已經差咗好很多),其中個醉雞酒味好淡,奶油津白就個菜ok,鋪面啲金華火腿勁難食,而且小籠包唔夠熱,咬落冇乜汁,失敗!☹️☹️主打嘅片皮鴨算係比較ok,送嚟時個皮都仲脆,唔太油,但配菜嘅京蔥絲同青瓜絲就少得可憐,尤其係京蔥絲只係得青瓜嘅一半,可惜,而個炒鴨鬆相對就更一般,包鴨鬆嘅生菜得4、5片,完全不成比例。而水煮魚完全唔夠辣,啲魚仲少得可憐,大部分都係薯粉同萵笋絲。食完主菜有人提議食甜品,嗌咗一個拔絲香蕉,豆沙鍋餅同雪糕芒果楊枝金露(個楊枝金露等到食完其他嘢都未嚟取消咗)。個豆沙鍋餅唔似傳統豆沙鍋餅,感覺有啲似夾咗豆沙餡嘅薄餅,而個拔絲香蕉則有驚喜,唔會太甜,做到外脆內軟,外皮唔算太厚,鋪面嘅麥芽糖絲好脆口,係成餐最好食嘅嘢。之前睇食評,啲人話有畀
