To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天又和女朋友大人出動, 在下午五時多才食午餐...女朋友說蝦和春卷貌合神離, 我覺得還可以。熱度不足...味道還可以。初試添好運的酥皮焗叉燒包, 是這一餐的亮點。他們說點心是即叫即蒸, 的確蒸籠上的是熱度十足。而其他(尤其是腸粉)我相信是預制的關係, 熱度還有可進步的空間。但總括而言, 還是比一般大集團酒家好吃。
