To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

路過灣仔囍帖街，看見附近有間奇華餅店，原來這間奇華舖位在一棟歷史建築內，兩個舖位中間有條樓梯上上一層，有間奇華茶室，看價錢牌，品茶大約三十多元，原本想找個地方坐低飲杯咖啡，既然路經此地就即管上去試一試。我們是在一個平日嘅下午茶時間來，沒有太多顧客，所以冇需等位便入座，坐近窗位置幾舒服及闊落。所選的中國茶及食物☕️潤喉陳皮鹹柑桔$45☕暧胃陳皮普洱$41🌭港式熱狗$37下午茶想吃小小東西，叫了個熱狗兩人share. 餐廳幫我哋一開二,麵包，腸仔及伴碟的沙律菜都ok, 但熱狗醬就太多了。兩壺茶用玻璃壺，我主要飲普洱茶，好滑，茶葉浸耐咗唔會苦澀。我喝了一杯朋友叫的陳皮鹹柑桔，鹹柑桔好濃好潤喉，仲有果皮味，由於我只喝了一小杯，喝不到茶味，可能柑桔蓋過了茶味。下午茶時段唔多客人，環境坐得幾舒服。
