To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得黎到西環呢邊，醒起邪惡西多士，即刻衝黎。下就三點左右，竟然無人排隊，不過坐多陣又已經滿哂人，真係好彩。今次只叫左兩樣必食已經好飽，周日無套餐，平均每人$40。流心奶黃西多士 $34一切開滿滿嘅奶黃爆哂出黎，仲會見到有一粒粒嘅咸蛋黃，所以甜中帶有咸香味，加埋濃濃奶香。多士四邊都炸到好脆口，而中間因為奶黃就變得軟身。芝麻蝦多士 $42一開四件，面頭滿佈芝麻，又香又加粒粒脆口，蝦膠好厚身，口感爽口彈牙，底個包烘到脆卜卜，兩樣比自己偏向鍾意呢個多。
