To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐前麵包好精緻，而且有好幾款，非常出色！🍴【自家製豬手凍沙律伴話梅芥末汁】呢道菜甜中帶酸,加上話梅汁嘅香氣,令人食得非常暢快。豬手口感非常有嚼勁。沙律材料清新爽口,整份菜式既簡單又富層次變化,十分適合夏日食用。🍝【辣蕃茄汁花甲天使麵】蕃茄汁色澤鮮紅誘人,味道酸甜適中,加上些微辣椒香,令人食得暢快又提神。花甲肉質鮮甜,配合扎實彈牙嘅天使麵,可謂完美搭配。整份菜式十分清新開胃。🥩【美國頂級西冷扒(8orz)】呢塊扒肉質細膩香甜,煎得外焦內嫩,肉汁流出時,非常推介。🥤 Tiramisu 咖啡外貌精緻，有幾個層次的咖啡，分別有手指餅及cream，另外模仿Tiramisu所以加了酒。🍧朱古力心太軟朱古力心太軟，剛好焗熟，而且做到流心，配合雲呢拿雪糕非常美味。
