To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚想食清少少, 睇食評見呢間食魚, 幾得意, 咁就揀呢間.6點半去到, 唔駛等, 地方細, 二人細枱.睇個餐牌, 大部份都辣, 咁點食得清.唯有叫個細份既咸酸菜煮魚, 好快上枱, 完來係鯇魚, 只不過係煎過.上枱型式幾得意, 用個爐燒煮, 熱騰騰, d咸酸菜煮到出味咁d魚就索味.我本身唔係咁鍾意食鯇魚, 怕佢d泥味, 可能佢煎過, 再加埋d咸酸菜, 咁就食唔到有泥味.你知食鯇魚都多骨, 唔識食魚既就唔好試.食魚有個配菜或粉跟, 叫咗個水晶粉, 爽爽地, 撈埋d魚汁, 好食過條魚.另外叫咗個麻辣魚皮, 以前喺新釗記食過灼魚皮, 記得好爽好味, 咪諗住喺呢到專食鯇魚, 應該會仲好食.今日唔想食辣, 問店員可以少辣嗎? 店員話可以, 同埋唔會好辣.點知上枱係中辣, d炸蒜泥苦苦地, 個汁冇味, 要點豉油, 幾十蚊得一碟仔, 仲要唔好食.不過店員服務都幾好, 未試過可以一試.
