To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

男朋友話想試川菜，我唯有捨命陪君子，去左中環嘅瘋狂小麵。去到發現有驚喜，原來川菜都唔一定係辣嘅，都好多元化，有酸菜湯，亦有蕃茄湯⭐️瘋狂肥腸麵套餐男朋友話就我，揀左白湯，另外加左酸菜，肥腸清理得好乾淨，入面嘅脂肪都冇埋，正！⭐️羅漢果冬瓜茶有羅漢果嘅甘甜，配埋冬瓜茶，幾好嘅配搭，好飲！⭐️蒜泥青瓜本身清淡嘅青瓜，同蒜泥加埋一齊，簡直係絕配，好食！⭐️酸菜豬肚麵套餐豬肚唔會好un，個湯底好香，仲加左隻卤蛋，食到有d香料味，好鐘意佢嘅麵質，有種食日本拉麵嘅感覺，食得慢嘅我，食到最後，個麵都唔會漲曬😍⭐️烏梅汁正！真材實料，好夠味，好好飲😋⭐️涼拌木耳落單紙有兩隻辣椒，我勉強食到幾舊，留返比男朋友，佢話好啱食⭐️成都老冰粉白涼粉個面有山楂粒、提子乾、米粒、花生、芝麻，配埋一齊甜甜地，好清爽，又可以令口腔清新一下，入口又有唔同口感，好食！
