見咁耐冇去旅行喺荃灣打滾咗咁耐,都唔知道新領域廣場有野食,今日朋友帶我過去,好似發現新大陸咁樣😂我去商場裏面第一間見到嘅,就係岩盤牛扒,係一間日式熱石燒牛扒嘅餐廳,冇得去旅行咁耐,我就一直都掛住岩燒牛,二話不說就衝咗入去啦!🥩岩燒西冷扒300g ($174)呢間岩燒肉就好似日本咁樣,首先去凍櫃睇吓想食邊款嘅牛肉,然後再落order,有200,300,400g選擇,正常嘅size就係300g,自問大食嘅我,都覺得好足夠。師傅首先將岩板加熱,然後將牛扒燒到3成熟,再將牛肉放上岩板,上枱嘅時候見到熱辣辣嘅煙霧出嚟,即刻食指大動!厚厚嘅牛扒,切落去有肉汁流出黎,加上岩鹽點綴左味覺嘅刺激。唔知係唔係我顧住影相,搞到塊牛扒有少少over cook,所以個人覺得熟咗少少,如果喜歡食5成熟嘅朋友,我諗可以叫師傅輕輕燒一燒表面就可以上碟啦😂另外+$28就upgrade成套餐,有白飯、麵豉湯、飲品,自製豐富嘅午餐

師傅首先將岩板加熱,然後將牛扒燒到3成熟,再將牛肉放上岩板,上枱嘅時候見到熱辣辣嘅煙霧出嚟,即刻食指大動!厚厚嘅牛扒,切落去有肉汁流出黎,加上岩鹽點綴左味覺嘅刺激。唔知係唔係我顧住影相,搞到塊牛扒有少少over cook,所以個人覺得熟咗少少,如果喜歡食5成熟嘅朋友,我諗可以叫師傅輕輕燒一燒表面就可以上碟啦😂
