To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次光顧,一家人同阿媽慶祝生日諗起食海鮮可以坐耐啲又可一边食一边傾見呢間食評唔錯就胆粗粗試吓(查實好鬼怕建議食肆唔好食會好難受)因為大家都係外行人睇咗好耐都未有定案最終揀咗個每位$300嘅海鮮套餐(包六款自選指定海鮮、木瓜湯、炒飯、甜品、生果)另點咗支白酒助慶,揀選海鮮有:1. 豉椒炒大聖子2. 椒鹽瀨尿蝦3. 白灼鮮魷魚4. 清蒸沙巴龍躉5. 芝土局龍蝦伊麵底6. 油鹽蒸奄仔六個大人好足夠連炒飯都食唔晒要帶走,對於呢餐各樣表現勁讚,尤其落單嗰位哥哥仔會因應客人要求建議烹調方法,待應們的殷勤招待令我哋一家大讚。抱歉的是因為實在太好味急不及待放進嘴裏去未有留下味美的餸菜相片……
