未講食物之前,要先講講呢間店厚來員工對個餐牌都唔係好熟,當我問佢生蝦一碟有幾多,佢居然可以答我:4至5隻我聽完即問佢:咩叫4至5隻? 4就4,5就5架啦! 次次唔同架?仲有,小店做梗柯打豬手送兩支啤酒/汽水,但職員唔會提你、唔會講你知、豬手上左枱都唔會問你飲咩..UM.. 我記得職員唔夠細心囉生蝦刺身 ($92)如圖,一碟有六隻,同職員所講既4至5隻有出入…生蝦唔霉,算彈牙,泰式汁調得唔錯最特別係有炸蝦頭!! 可以食埋串燒沙嗲 – 豬牛雞各兩串 ($78)豬係最韌,牛都仲可以,雞比較好食串燒除左肉質之外,我覺得個醬先係靈魂!!但呢度個醬係花生醬加辣椒油,花生醬太甜同辣椒油做唔到朋友,點左個醬仲衰過唔點。唔建議大家點串燒食乾炒金邊粉 ($68)又係一碟令人失望既食物…炒完既金邊粉仍然好濕,一pat pat,唔彈牙..而且好酸…同我平時食既炒金邊粉差太遠啦中鮮蝦冬蔭功湯 ($109)呢個湯幾好飲,酸酸地微辣好開胃。而且磨菇分量唔少,蝦都有好多隻唯一缺點係個湯羮太大,”不”湯都”不”唔到,最後都係用返自己個羮黎”不”泰式鹽燒側魚 ($93)魚肉多,係比較實既款,而且又唔腥,點埋個汁味道又昇華

豬係最韌,牛都仲可以,雞比較好
食串燒除左肉質之外,我覺得個醬先係靈魂!!
但呢度個醬係花生醬加辣椒油,花生醬太甜同辣椒油做唔到朋友,點左個醬仲衰過唔點。
唔建議大家點串燒食

個包外皮真係好乾身好脆,包內層又軟,吸汁力好強!!

呢個法包其實味道唔錯,但咖哩太少啦!! 因為包入面係用個椰皇裝住D咖哩
椰皇個SIZE本身就細,再加上個包吸汁力強,眨眼D汁就唔見哂….
最後係齋食包囉…

另外,食呢個包真係好麻煩,你要先拎左個椰皇出黎先切到個包
問題黎啦!! 個椰皇都企唔穩,拎左出黎放邊呢? 你自己諗啦

呢個係做得幾出色
,雖然炸容易令人覺得好油膩,但呢個唔會
一黎因為配左個汁,酸味可以解膩
二黎個豬手無乜肥膏!! 唔通炸果陣連D豬油都迫埋出黎?! 
豬手皮炸到好乾身,食落好脆好香口。入面D肉淋身又唔腥。唔錯

雞翼釀到脹卜卜,之後拎去炸,炸既過程令雞皮既油迫左唔少出黎,變得乾身又薄身,所以減少左油膩感

入面既糯米軟棉棉,好緊實;外皮薄脆,中間雞肉,最入面係軟糯米,口感好好

本身想點個大法包既咖哩,但一黎佢好遲先上,二黎個咖哩汁連個包都唔夠點,唔好話點埋呢個餅..
平時食果D即使唔點汁都好香好好味。不過呢個餅雖然係酥,但唔香,好乾同無味



原個椰青鮮蝦焗飯

朋友話呢個係全場最好食最特別
唔好睇個飯白雪雪就覺得無乜味唔好食
但原來佢已經吸哂椰青個味,所以粒粒飯都好有椰味

個飯除左有少量海鮮之外,佢仲會放番D椰子肉落去
如果食嫌左菠蘿炒飯既人,可以點呢個黎試下


泰式生菜包 ($68) 無影到相
平時我係唔中意食生菜包,因為D肉碎肥膏多過肉
但呢度係肉粒多過肥膏好多!! 而且係我中意既大大肉粒

唐生菜新鮮唔係爛菜,邊都無變黑 (因為唐生菜水份多,放得耐易爛,好多地方都係菜邊黑左)  
豬肉碎有濃濃既魚露味,不過偏鹹,一定要連菜食



8個人食,TOTAL食左$1289,唔係全飽
本身想食佢個糯米飯,因為相影得好靚好吸引,但食完前面D菜之後,已經無信心再試
整體評價唔高,可能睇完其他食評有左期望,所以更加失望
