今日黎到試下佢地既新鮮生蠔，估唔到原來咁鮮甜 隨著淡淡海水味既生蠔，竟然一點腥味都沒有（因為我好怕生蠔第一口就有陣腥味，呢種腥味完全會cover哂生蠔既鮮美！）再配上一口甜甜的白汁，真係無可挑剔。牛扒既味道就唔多講啦，因為都係大同小異，只係佢地既醬汁比一般餐廳既選擇多。除左黑椒洋蔥汁等，不妨可以試下佢地特別既醬汁，例如法式香草牛油濃汁、紅酒乾蔥汁等然後market side 配搭了薯條🍟，唔係一般薯條咁簡單！係Parmesan Fries with truffle aioli（松露蛋黃醬）唔係講笑，個醬真係勁好食，好想同侍應講：個茄醬唔要，換埋做松露蛋黃醬得唔得？一句到尾，個薯條🍟係必食！！————————————Can’t believe the Fine De Claire there were so good!! Can’t believe the Fine De Claire there were so good!! Even better than the steak here😂... But I can say that the market slide-Parmesan Fries with Truffle Aioli is a must-ordered!!!!! I can totally have another one or two or three....😋😋 I wanna ask the waitress to take away the ketchup and give me truffle aioli instead🤣🤣
