因為有尖沙咀消費卷所以都係試吓呢一間BLT steak。因為book咗枱所以都好快可以入到位,好快就決定咗食乜嘢,好快就上咗餐包,個餐包🥖都幾特別,皮有少少硬,入面係好軟熟,個人覺得有啲似鮮奶球,不過冇乜香味。然後等好耐先有個蟹餅送到,係用煎面夾住有蟹肉既醬,好靚岩打卡,味道略過咸,食唔到蟹味。又等左勁耐,黑松露薯條,聞落幾香,新鮮炸起熱辣辣,點黑松露醬先好味,蕃茄就好普通。扒係阿根廷🇦🇷,五成熟,略嫌生得滯,似3成熟,火候唔太夠,無催單都甘成餐飯普通,原價就唔會入去食

💎總評分:6.0/10-屬於Dining Concept 旗下餐廳,環境昏暗,西式裝修窗口位近海,亦設有室外座位,維港景色映入眼簾,氣氛唔錯🌃。首先要講下佢個popover麵包,一人一個,大大個脹卜卜咁好特別,外面焗得香脆,入面奶油味重濃煙煙韌韌,啱晒麵包控😌。雖然佢唔係成個實心,但食成個都會飽。1️⃣ Soy-Wasabi Ahi Tuna Tartare $228Tuna tartare 好多時都夾 avocado 🥑同 wasabi,呢度wasabi味唔重,tuna夠fresh,加埋有少少lemon juice 🍋好開胃。2️⃣ Charred Portuguese Octopus $158本以為會係一條粗身巨型嘅 octopus🐙,但係嚟到有頗大expectation gap,賣相無咩視覺享受🤭。不過佢好公道 - 俾兩條你🥲食唔出Portuguese風味,不過味道唔錯起碼唔會韌。3️⃣ Australian Rib Eye 12oz $358小編叫左 medium rare,一嚟到時已經聞到好香牛油同香草味🥩,rib eye本來係淋D,waitress都recommend我地叫呢個instead of filet,可借食落唔夠肉味,而且有點過熟👎🏻,as a steadkhouse有點失望。4️⃣ Sides - Boiled Spinich $88; Brussels Sprouts $88小編平時都會煮下brussels sprouts~呢度用左pearl onion🧅 同 bacon🥓一齊炒特別惹味。Spinich就無咩特別,純粹係3個女仔想補充下鐵質...5️⃣ Crepe Souffle $80朋友未到齊前小編己經偷偷地order左呢個dessert為慶祝朋友生日🎂,上菜時餐廳記得寫HB同蠟燭,good good👏🏻!聽個名就知佢係有crepe 嘅外表,souffle 嘅口感,配合酸酸地嘅 passionfruit sauce,一甜一酸balance得剛好👍🏻。老實講小編係想用埋D coupon先嚟呢間,嚟之前對佢嘅steak無咩大期望。環境倘可,服務不過不失,甜品有驚喜✨,用左coupon -$500 可以接受,否則會有其他更好選擇。-環境服務:⭐⭐⭐食物質數:⭐⭐⭐打卡指數:⭐⭐

中秋正日走左去食BLT steak, 由於我唔識食,咁點餐個陣咪問下waitress American beef 同Austrian beef有咩唔同,佢hea 答我一句無咩唔同….算~輸人唔輸陣,叫左個貴幾廿蚊既American beef 試下,order左medium. 一切開,唔多識食既我就上google 對比下啲生熟圖,都唔似medium似medium rare…又無問我要咩汁,求其上個唔夾既不知明汁。仲有個short ribs, 好似煲完湯啲湯渣咁,成餐唯一好食係個薯條Service 又無,啲嘢愈嚟愈唔好食,環境又唔係靚,唔會再嚟~~拜拜

因為有海港城coupon, 經過就決定入去一試,餐牌選擇不算多,叫了八爪魚,牛扒和幾樣配菜。點餐不久,侍應便送上餐包,餐包出乎意料之外,外脆內軟,口感豐富,非常好食!八爪魚正常發揮,沒有太特別,牛扒即係叫了三成熟,沒有overcooked, 而牛味還算可以,不過不失。個人比較推薦配菜,因為配菜份量比較大,特別是焗薯,味道唔錯!餐廳侍應服務普通,而且上菜速度比較慢,而且有限時所以食得比較趕,所以不算首選去既餐廳,但因為喺海旁隔離,所以環境就一流,比較適合慶祝。

由於有海港城coupon,而 coupon就到期,冇理由唔用埋佢。當日大約中午十二時到達餐廳,由於提前book位,所以唔使等就可以入坐。餐廳環境舒適,有落地大玻璃可以望住個海,枱與枱之間空好闊落,足夠坐得好舒適。一入座就會送上麵包, 麵包是半空心的,方便加上牛油食用,食落似牛角包,新鮮出爐熱熱地好食。餐廳擺放食物的位置唔算大,食物選擇唔算多。沙律有紅菜頭沙律,煙鴨胸沙律,長螺絲粉沙律等等。有兩款火腿,有粟米湯,有3款甜品和雜果(西瓜,蜜瓜,菠蘿)。紅菜頭沙律啲紅菜頭好甜好好食。兩款火腿都好多斤同埋好韌。粟米湯好香粟米味,但除此之外就唔覺有其他味道。西瓜,蜜瓜都好甜好多汁。由於有三個人所以叫了三款主菜: 7味胡椒黑安格斯牛肉漢堡 ,南路易斯安那州魚柳三文治 ,美國USDA牛腹肉(六安士)七味胡椒黑安格斯牛肉漢堡其實係一個有藍芝士的漢堡,藍芝士味道唔算太濃,都算容易入口,麵包暖暖地脆脆地,牛肉都好大塊但冇調味又冇肉汁。南路易斯安那州魚柳三文治個名叫三文治,其實都係一個漢堡,感覺只是一個普通的炸魚漢堡冇咩特別。美國USDA牛腹肉(6安士)牛腹肉又我哋叫了五成熟,牛肉外層有少少微焦, 咬落去有肉汁及好有牛肉味(只用了鹽及黑椒調味)好食。
