同事話帶我去食沖繩日本菜,因為我無去過沖繩嘅關係,我都諗唔到沖繩有咩特別嘢食!去到樂宴,裝修好“日本”呀,門口放咗個菠蘿公仔,好得意呀!同事為我介紹沖繩嘅特產係苦瓜,我第一個反應係我唔食苦瓜嫁喎!但最後我地都有點咗個炒苦瓜,原來沖繩嘅苦瓜一啲都唔苦,仲好爽甜!我地仲試咗幾樣菜:炸魚餅、沙律炒飯、炸蓮藕片(脆而不油膩,正!)等….整體嚟講都OK! 下次可以再試吓其他菜式。
