與友人在奧海城行到攰想搵地方食飯兼休息,見到呢間以蒜做主打的餐廳又幾有噱頭,加上座位夠闊落又唔會太嘈,岩哂我地。餐廳的燈光同擺設都幾有情調,感覺好放鬆。Mad For Garlic絕非浪得虛名,餐牌上每道菜都加入蒜頭烹調,連甜品都見到蒜嘅身影。本來已經非常肚餓,卡邦尼意粉上菜時的芝士同蒜香味更加令人食指大動。意粉煮的時間剛剛好,有彈牙嘅口感 ; Sauce香滑之餘每條意粉都掛到汁,估唔到蒜香同芝士味道咁夾,除左更香口亦減輕左芝士的飽滯感,食到尾都唔覺得油同膩。食肉獸朋友點左肉眼扒,七成熟冇「煎過龍」,鎖到肉汁同保持到肉的嫩滑。雖然芝士薯蓉唔係主角但我好鍾意,薯蓉軟滑又綿密,加埋芝士更加甘香。蒜頭隱藏左係牛扒下面,第一次原個蒜頭咁食,烤完之後食落冇咁硬身,辛辣的味道冇左淨番蒜香,又幾好味~最後緊係要試埋加左蒜嗁甜品! 朱古力醬薄餅上面除左香蕉仲有糖漬蒜頭,香蕉同朱古力本來就係絕配,加左蒜頭冇格格不入反而添左特別嘅香味,又幾得意。雲呢拿雪糕好有奶香,最緊要係唔會過甜同雪到太硬。建議大家要趁熱食,香脆嘅薄餅加埋雪糕,一冷一熱咁最好味。用蒜做主打真係幾有創意,味道亦都有驚喜,好奇想試埋其他菜式
