To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚又到坑口村,今次是試合時菜式,菜牌內的菜式雖不多,仍集合廣東、潮州和四川的菜,也有火煱,我們3人選了千層咕嚕肉、蒜茸炒什菜、鴛鴦豆腐和枝竹茄子班腩煲。千層咕嚕肉 – 汁的酸甜味不足,咬開發覺千層是用豬肉片捲成一球後炸,做出似一層層,有創意,但肉質較實,不鬆化,可能這就是特式,對喜歡有嚼咬感的人吃會受落,真是人人口味各不同。蒜茸炒什菜 – 夠鑊氣,不太鹹,但較油。鴛鴦豆腐 – 鴛鴦是椒鹽豆腐和琵琶豆腐,椒鹽豆腐外脆內嫩,切成細細件易入口,琵琶豆腐亦做到外脆內滑,只是有一件炸不均勻,一面深色一面白。鴛鴦豆腐有碟咕嚕肉汁枝竹茄子班腩煲 – 煲上枱仍熱騰騰,班腩漿粉厚,魚肉少,枝竹浸水不夠時間,有些韌,索汁不足,所以入口有一種枝竹本身的怪味,最好味是茄子,很腍不覺油膩。OR很多食客都讚賞合時,令我懷著一股過高的祈望到來,吃完有些失望之餘亦不覺後悔,而價錢算公道,整體上是過得去。
