坐至晚飯時候我們便再下一城到地庫的Bostonian Seafood & Grill,皆因來了位新任行政總廚 Cesare Romani,更推出了全新創意之菜式,當然第一時間來捧場吧! 這兒的派對和半自助午餐也來過,而我對餐廳的感覺一直良好,星期四的這天也有不少客人,絕對是好質素的反影! 先上檯的是大隻仔香脆酸麵包配以牛油實在引人入勝,在村姑處撕上一口小試了味道即收口。 晚餐以三款時令生蠔拼頭盤揭幕,右面起分別是修長的薄殼蠔肉有透明感的法國Fine de Claire n°2,入口先鹹後甜肉質爽口有彈性,而愛爾蘭Irish Rock亦同是爽口,但鹹味會偏重,和最嬌小的日本Kumamoto生蠔,日本蠔味鮮而甜肉質油潤,極富海水鮮味兼略帶金屬味道,三款也各有所長而我還是偏好法國型男多點 ! 接下來是好友們的Roasted Bone Marrow烤牛骨髓,吃不了牛的我不評了!! 先來全新主菜Boston Lobster海灘石海藻焗波士頓龍蝦,製法特別以熱石加海藻同焗,那份香氣真的無與倫比! 龍蝦肉鮮甜彈牙熟度亦恰好勁美味!喜歡海洋的味道的更會喜歡那海藻牛油,因為會令味道層次更豐富! 配菜中的

Tasmanian Salmon以雪松木紙包裹塔斯曼尼亞三文魚來烤製,三文魚肉嫩滑不腥中還多了點香氣,配清新的廚師沙律真一流,這個我可多吃一口也無妨呢!如配香口滑溜的威士忌雲呢拿牛油便不能多吃,個不用減肥的您便要試了會讓味道更升華的!

海鮮過後便到肉肉蒲頭的時候!先來份量十足的西班牙Porterhouse,用的是西班牙90日熟成貨色,相信牛迷看到那粉嫩的肉質也應著迷!而我則對祕魯來的配菜露筍興趣大得多,吃下質感爽口無渣口味較清新!

接下來是我勁喜歡的French Spring Chicken,用上法國入口帶獨特香氣的稻草來烹調春雞,加上多款醃料的香氣,令這法國稻草春雞輕易奪取了我的芳心,這款配的是邪惡炸薯條真攞命吃一條好了!!

最後的是來自美國Snake River Farms飼養的Kurobuta Pork黑毛豬架,以厚切來示人足顯大廚實力!

豬架切開後呈九成熟還略帶粉嫩,烹得剛好而且吃下肉汁挺豐,配上炸蕃薯條超級豐富喔!!

先來最吸睛的Signature Alsaka火焰雪山,於表面淋上香橙甜酒後火光熊熊的賣相絕對吸引!而海綿蛋糕內則包裹著雲呢拿、芒果雪糕,還有熱情果好豐富啊!
