網上見到有介紹太子車仔麵,見到呢間係好評如潮,同埋客人非常期待佢重開,所以都特登過嚟試。星期六大概2點3嚟到門口已經見到有大概10人排緊隊。佢係流水作業式嘅你嗌咗嘢食俾咗錢之後先安排你入座。我哋等咗大概10分鐘就開始嗌我哋要嘅食物。第一碗:豬肺豬皮南乳豬手河粉第二碗:豬腸牛腩牛肚油面。另外加凍檸茶全部加埋共$114但係我哋都要企咗一陣先有位。佢嘅湯底其實係腩汁,而辣都係你自己加放枱面嘅類似潮州辣椒油。豬肺一碗有差唔多五六嚿,每舊都係大磚嘅色入口係入味而又爽,係驚喜。豬皮就一般佢有啲入味,有啲就好大塊,只係爽脆豬腸就有震少少嘅味係肥嘟嘟嘅腸入邊好多肥膏南乳豬手係入味,而且係淋,入口就溶牛腩入味而淋,好味牛肚量都多,爽口都算OK檸檬茶,茶味比較淡,係比較稀嘅,唔算好味總括而言,呢間嘢設最低消費$35,係好多得意嘅餸選擇,味道都幾好,食到車仔麵嘅原始風味,推薦但座位環境太過逼夾。

牛肚量都多,爽口都算OK
檸檬茶,茶味比較淡,係比較稀嘅,唔算好味

總括而言,呢間嘢設最低消費$35,係好多得意嘅餸選擇,味道都幾好,食到車仔麵嘅原始風味,推薦
但座位環境太過逼夾。
