To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣呢條街附近好多印尼餐廳,呢間店舖門面雖然唔係好大但係入面裝修都幾有心思~唔好睇佢細細間原來有好多嘢食!呢度嘅老闆好好人!每位入嚟嘅客人,佢都會好細心咁樣去介紹餐廳嘅食物👍🏻其中呢度最出名嘅應該就係班蘭飯,不過今次想試下個椰漿飯🤤所以將本身個班蘭飯底轉左做椰漿飯~呢個燒雞好好食~外層燒到好惹味🤤肉又唔會好乾👍🏻真係火喉控制到剛好~ 加埋個配送既醬汁,酸酸甜甜咁,幾開胃~我朋友就叫左個花膠湯粉皮~原條魚上!條魚勁大條!又厚肉!外皮用油炸既方法炸到勁脆😍配埋印度既辛辣香料,連本身唔係好鐘意食魚既我都覺得好食~一啲都唔腥👍🏻叫埋碟馬拉盞炒通菜~ 雖然油左少少~但好入味👍🏻呢度既野飲原來都幾大杯~又足料!唔錯~最後加埋個班蘭蛋糕~ 呢餐真係好滿足呀!🥰🥰
