To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 海鮮一直都係我最鍾意食嘅食物我覺得咁多種烹調方法 唯有蒸係最原汁原味 鮮味真係不得了一來到就送上粥底及五款調味料蒜粒 蔥粒 辣椒 用來調味就一流啦會見到一個斗笠蓋住蒸爐 好特別尊貴海鮮套餐(海鮮,蔬菜及粥底)服務員會逐一介紹肉質,用計時器計算蒸時間務求海鮮鮮味達到最高標準龍蝦 爽口彈牙 咬落去好結實 鮮甜日本大元貝、翡翠螺,鮑魚隻隻Size都好大 所以蒸時間要剛剛好先唔會過火日本廣島蠔 肥美 我比較喜歡生一點點青口 加上秘製醬汁 好惹味日本野生赤蝦 蝦膏夠飽滿 甘中帶甜 好正呀奄仔蟹 蟹膏好多 肉鮮彈牙 原汁原味饅頭蟹 第一次食 外殼係特點,但唔會太多肉 少少蟹膏 香味十足 味道有別於一般蟹最後會有蔬菜 清清胃口準備食海鮮粥底粥底加入粟米 豬骨,原本味道已熬得好夠味再吸收各種海鮮汁精華,綿滑且鮮甜嘅粥 一人一碗已經好飽 一整個套餐,真係好滿足
