Hong Kong Style Fast Food Salt & Sugar Reduction Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 冬天嚟到，唔少餐廳都會推出煲仔飯。但因疫情關係，限眾令加無晚市，大快活最近出咗煲仔飯外賣，仲可以成個煲拎走，原汁原味。煲仔飯外賣連煲要加6蚊，如果還返個煲，就會有6蚊coupon下次用。咁啱係online訂，原來有9折，真係抵。臘腸沙薑雞煲仔飯 $53（連煲）煲仔飯有紙皮包好，好貼心。一打開個蓋就有好多嘅蒸氣，配上一個煲仔飯豉油。臘腸細細條，味道正常。沙薑雞都係一般平時快餐店水準，唔會太硬。最重要係啲飯，煲仔飯啲飯有飯焦，份量都十分多，一個人食唔晒。整體嚟講，煲仔飯以快餐店水準合格，同埋好欣賞大快活嘅外賣包裝。
