To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放完大假返工超多野做,lunch都草草了事,去食快餐,喱個鮮原茄系列o既煎焗雞扒飯都唔失禮.雞扒為開邊雞脾肉,失望.肉質較硬,但都算皮脆.最正算係個原隻蕃茄,超大個,去皮,食落相當新鮮可口,唔算太酸.個汁亦好正,蕃茄味濃,雖然應該用蕃茄醬整,但都ok,送飯一流.尼個餐淨係食蕃茄都值回票價.
