To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為常客，呢間譚仔基本上一星期都會幫襯一次。平時通常堂食，今日因為有嘢忙，改咗用手機落單外賣。落單同平日相若，都係爽米線，因為以往試過無自訂，米線上檯時係淋晒。另外叫咗小辣。返到屋企，一打開見到血紅色湯底，已心知不妙。成個紅海咁都叫少辣。更加驚喜嘅係爽米線係未煮熟嘅，極其量都係三成熟，真心條米線真係硬過我條命，差啲要搵側田坐陣。最終我要用蒸爐蒸咗兩次5鐘先叫做有七成熟Conclusion, 唔知今次係咪時運低還是不宜外賣，希望下次再幫襯會順順利利。希望今次只是個別事件
