酒店內的中餐廳,裝飾雅致。豬膶燒賣廚師整豬膶燒賣好功夫,豬膶咬口滑唔會(鞋同乾),豬肉燒賣彈牙有肉汁。雪山叉燒餐包咬一啖鬆軟嘅餐包,包裹住叉燒餡料,叉燒原汁原味好香甜。遠年陳皮湯浸牛肉球未食牛肉球之前,會有蓋蓋上,下面有火熱住,能保持温度,牛肉就唔會凍晒。滑滑嘅牛肉球,食到陳皮同香茜嘅香,牛肉肉質彈牙。高湯伴黃金粉果香口嘅粉果皮,入面係蝦蓉,咬落脆口之餘,一d都唔油膩。安格斯牛肉煎餅鬆皮上澆滿黑白芝麻,香口鬆化之餘,入面係洋蔥牛肉,好味又肉嫩多汁。手磨紅米腸粉紅米腸內包住油炸鬼,油炸鬼入面係白蘿蔔絲,入口先食到軟糯嘅紅米腸再感受到香脆嘅油炸鬼,之後就食到清甜蘿蔔絲,配搭唔錯。廚王單腳炒飯炒飯粒粒乾爽,將江珧柱絲拌勻葱粒、櫻花蝦、蛋,整個飯香氣出晒嚟,亦冇油淰淰。
