🦐Garlic Sharmp in Olive Oil:西班牙蒜片蝦,很地道的西班牙Taspas之一。大蝦以橄欖油、蒜片、乾辣椒等一起煮,上枱時,滾熱嘅橄欖油仍在鍋裡冒著泡泡,視覺效果十足。我倆也不理會否燙口,馬上把大蝦連蒜片一齊吃,鮮味彈牙絕對令人回味。

🦑Seafood Paella in Black Ink:墨汁海鮮西班牙飯,這個是很傳統西班牙海鮮飯,用墨魚汁煮飯加添了濃郁的風味。雖然顏色可能不會讓人胃口大開,但卻是非常美味。當我哋將匙羹挖到西班牙海鮮飯鍋的底部時,在鍋底發現了美味的秘密,就是那甘香微脆的飯焦✨😋。
