🔥Catalonia Cream with Handmade Melon Ice-cream 西班牙加泰羅尼亞焦糖布丁手做蜜瓜雪糕
甜品就係著名壽司甜品「卡達拉娜」的原型。
外型上與法式焦糖燉蛋非常之相似,嚴格來講Catalonia cream較為軟身帶點點橘子味,奶味比較濃。今次再配上由廚師手製蜜瓜雪糕,兩款甜品又讓我突然開胃起來。

4. Chicken-skin Oil Rice雞皮油香飯

全亞洲獨有製法,先將杏花雞淋上秘方的威士忌酒再點火,另酒滲入每吋雞皮裡,之後撕皮再焗至金脆,再以瓦煲將雞油的精華炊成泰香米飯。開蓋時,再灑上自家調製醬汁,食落口雞皮超級香脆‼️加埋調醬汁非常香甜惹味‼️吃時充滿著幸福感‼️🤤

雞皮?飯?原本以為係好Hea嘅飯,但原來一啲都唔簡單。用上特製醬汁同煲仔飯嘅做法,飯粒做得格外乾身,加上醬汁同一定嘅油分,呢個飯其實食落相當香口之餘,亦唔會好油好膩,係相當成功嘅出品。

呢個相對抵食嘅焦糖燉蛋,並冇用傳統方法嘅蛋白,而係將所有材料混為一體,加上香茅嘅味道,味道豐富又複雜,附帶嘅芒果雪糕亦可帶來奇效。

呢度嘅嘢食有個共通點,就係同葡萄酒相當夾。以今晚為例,我帶嚟嘅右岸波爾多酒,同呢度每一道菜都可以話唔會有衝突之處,個人認為就算帶口感細緻嘅Burgundy或高級香檳,亦可以襯到夾一夾。

呢度免開瓶費,冇分時段,餐廳環境寧靜,又有一定景色,的確好適合嚟呢度傾偈食飯。仲未計,呢度實在太方便,喺地鐵站E出口一出嚟就係了。
