✿ Oven Baked Chicken
以廣東三大名雞之首「杏花雞」為食材,上枱時店員會把原隻雞呈上,在我們面前點火,燒過的雞皮呈金黃色,之後會為我們起肉,再用煙燻盒呈現,雞件油光閃亮,吃起來有清、鮮、甜、爽,肉質滑溜,不枉我為它而來

我都是第一次在西班牙餐廳食到雞油飯,應該係全港獨有,油飯充滿香蔥和油香,酥脆的雞皮口感,與滋潤的米飯結合形成豐富的口感層次,醬油的加入帶來鹹香味,吃到停不了口

呢間西班牙私房菜Sabor位於上環一橦商業大廈上面,店舖大約有20個位左右,室內燈光柔和昏暗,配埋油畫、仿植物同各款酒裝飾品,都幾舒適,餐廳提供free corkage 免開瓶費,適合一大班人包場或者慶祝,都適合附近返工嘅人過嚟happy dinnerSabor significant chicken box ($780) 呢個雞係招牌,用咗杏花雞做成,唔單止賣相好靚,仲用咗酒燒同煙燻呢個chicken set總共分開三樣食物/parts去present:1️⃣ Chicken Liver pate 首先奉上雞肝醬,都算滑溜鮮味,上面仲鋪咗啲紅酒醬同蔥花,中和純雞肝醬嘅膩感,配埋香脆嘅多士一齊食啱啱好2️⃣ Oven baked chicken 用火燒過嘅雞切件,再放咗入木盒度慢慢煙燻,食落去非常滑溜,雞味好重,而且醃得好入味同有咸香,另外佢有12款salt可以選擇作為調味,揀左青檸海鹽,清新微酸點落雞度個效果唔錯,仲可以更加吊到雞皮雞肉嘅鮮味3️⃣Chicken skin oil rice 用咗燻雞一部份嘅雞皮,雞皮炒飯用小瓦煲上碟,撈勻一齊食,雞皮脆卜卜,而且飯微微absorb咗雞油,有陣陣雞

呢個chicken set總共分開三樣食物/parts去present:

Garlic shrimp in Olive oil 橄欖蒜片蝦肉,虎蝦大大隻,用蒜油蒜片同辣椒煮過之後更加惹味,仲俾咗啲麵包仔可以點埋吸咗海鮮味嘅橄欖油
Catalonia cream with home made ice cream 焦糖燉蛋上面就燒至焦脆,下面比較流質,個人鍾意硬身啲嘅焦糖燉蛋🙈不過幾欣賞佢個雪糕,平時唔係幾鍾意食士多啤梨雪糕,因為好多都有浸藥水味,但呢個食得出係用真生果造成,而且唔算甜,個雪糕幾正👍🏼
