西餐鋸扒就食得多,韓式扒房就真係好少機會有得試。見終於有間開咗係灣仔,作為食肉獸當然第一時間要去試。呢間香港首間韓式扒房叫MAEK JEOK貊炙,除咗有美國USDA Prime牛肉和和牛外,更加有自家熟成牛,以韓式炙燒方法炮製。先上嘅有5小碟韓式前菜,當中嘅泡菜同芽菜可以無限refill。我哋叫咗2份Steak Omakase,另外再加咗份和牛三角同2杯梳打(荔枝同提子)。先講Steak Omakase,包咗4款肉、大葱沙律、白切肉、韓式蒸蛋、生菜包、主食同甜品。以呢個價錢黎講($380@),可以話係非常抵食。。蒸蛋熱辣辣上枱,比起平時食開嘅日式蒸蛋,質地會實身一d,蛋味更加香濃。白切肉其實類似豬腩肉,已經事先煮熟配埋泡菜用紫蘇葉包住,微微帶辣,口感豐富。4款肉分別係是日熟成牛肉、熟成醬油牛肋骨、和牛羽下肉同韓國五花肉。重點當然係22-28日嘅熟成牛肉,鋪頭自設熟成櫃,牛肉熟成後能夠鎖住牛味同埋肉汁。今日食到嘅係熟成咗25日嘅西冷,雖然係用韓燒嘅方法去整,但肉質似食緊西餐鋸扒,因為熟成過,比起鮮肉肉嘅表面燒完會有焦化嘅效果,令肉嘅外邊變得脆身,而入面稔得黎因為鎖住咗肉汁,食落非常jui

4款肉入面唯一嘅豬肉-五花肉,加埋生菜同自家製嘅包飯醬一齊食就最岩,除左可以消除油膩感,仲可以增加口感層次。

主食方面有數款可以揀,我哋就揀咗大醬湯配飯。大醬湯嘅配料豐富,有蜆、牛肉、豆腐等,味道香濃唔會死咸。

另外加嘅和牛三角($280),淡粉色嘅牛肉中夾雜住好似雪花咁嘅豐厚脂肪,入口油花四散,充滿油香。

燒肉醬汁方面有3款,分別係洋蔥醬汁、鹽同wasabi,可以根據個人喜好配搭。

食飽飽最後當然唔少得甜品,係牛奶味軟雪糕,奶味香濃。

同場加映送餐機械貓,仲會發出喵~叫聲,非常cute。
