To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳：千両地點：銅鑼灣名店坊菜式：日本菜餐牌：主餐牌有職人壽司，刺身，壽司，炙燒，軍艦，卷物，手卷，前菜，小食，一品料理，燒物，串燒，炸物，煮物，湯，烏冬，甜品。北海道雙重芝士蛋糕 $52 另加一北海道雙重芝士蛋糕細細件，係有兩層唔同口感既芝士蛋糕，外面有碎碎包住，口感其實好普通，偏滑溜不過芝士味道唔夠濃。反而球抹茶雪糕就滑溜兼濃厚。伴有新鮮藍莓三粒同士多啤梨一粒。雙色雪糕糯米卷 $42 另加一雙色雪糕糯米卷係煙韌糯米皮包住黑芝麻同豆腐味雪糕。口感一流。黑芝麻同豆腐雪糕都好香濃。今晚等甜品等左好耐先有得食。唔怪得成日都要等位。
