To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早兩日去到美孚富臨皇宮飲下午茶,悉逢下午茶特價時段有特價乳鴿,咁我地一行四人,見咁抵,亦因我們喜歡吃原隻乳鴿,落單既時候已經註明要原隻上。咁跟住有個類似部長既女士應接過我們手上既單,我們已跟她重覆說了一定要原隻上,她便說,廚房大佬話,佢就講喇,廚房大佬曾經開過會,話:「就算斬咗都無得換,呢啲特價野黎架咋!」其實我地以往都幫櫬過幾次下午茶,我地每次都叫乳鴿,每次都註明要原隻上,但幾乎每次都斬開先送上黎,不過嗰幾次我地同佢講返,佢都會同我地換返,但係今次佢就竟然咁同我地講,話:「你地一係唔好叫啦咁多要求!」終於,黎到既時候,真係斬左!唉呢啲咁既服務態度,真係令到我地以後都唔會再幫櫬!
