去唔成日本食新鮮海鮮,唯有去銅鑼灣食刺身拼盤 ($428)店員話今晚啲赤綠好新鮮,所以叫咗嚟試吓!輕輕燒吓魚皮,油份更豐富沖繩風沙律 ($138) 嚟之前已經諗住要食,因為太掛住海葡萄!呢道菜色彩繽紛,見到都開心,而且乜都有,要菜有菜,要刺身有刺身,一上菜已經好野咁大叫!活日本北寄貝 ($198) 超級超級超級彈牙,有海鮮味活貝漁獲浜燒盛合 ($798)蠔差不多有手板咁大隻,加入高湯及清酒後再燒,熟咗之後都仲好肥美鮑魚非常新鮮,未煮前仲不斷伸展。鮑魚味濃郁,鮮甜味道突出虎蝦蝦身夠肥,肉質鬆軟松葉蟹腳口感一絲絲非常纖細帆立貝分別有清酒及牛油黑松露煮法,最鍾意清酒煮法嘅我,今晚竟然覺得牛油黑松露惹味啲喎!柚子雪芭 及 白桃雪芭 ($58)甜甜酸酸,雖然今晚啲食物唔算油膩,不過熱熱哋,食返個雪芭做甜品舒服晒!
