To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一踏入餐廳,我以為自己去左古裝街,門口好有氣勢,又有隻老虎擺左係大椅上面,呢度用黎打卡影相就岩曬入到去坐底又有驚喜,有成盤魚放左係檯下面,望住D金魚游下游下咁食飯,勁有創意慈禧牛肉手幹麵 ($88)手幹麵係手工製作麵,麵身有點粗,食落滑滑的,牛肉麵湯底都係牛肉湯,清清地有點似台灣牛肉麵,牛肉用左牛展,淋得黎有少少咬勁大蔥羊肉水餃 ($78)食北京菜點可以少得水餃,一碟有8粒,如果大家同我一樣係鐘意羊SO味,就唔好錯過呢款水餃,咬落去SO味十足,一定可以滿足到羊肉怪拔絲香蕉 ($88)一碟有8粒,拔絲香蕉做法繁複,先將香蕉炸好,然後放入糖漿,再放入凍水將其快速凝固,外層就會變得好脆,外脆內軟的口感真係好好味
