To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日天氣非常好, 知道     海洋公園有特別安排,  要先去打卡.  下午乘搭地鐵由金鐘只轉一個站便到了海洋公園, 真方便.   要同  [小王子] 打個招呼  ~好夢幻的   !    好可愛.海洋公園適合吃喝玩樂.........至晚上 6:00  要到 海龍王餐廳, 因為朋友訂了慶生晚宴設於 VIP房 , 今年 2024 年元旦日節目.......好豐富 !!   步入餐廳最特別有見到個巨型大魚缸.  大廳的餐桌也沿著魚缸邊. 好美 !朋友在 VIP房內,  擺了兩圍慶生, 面對大魚缸, 內有大小不同魚類在暢泳, 好悠閒 !!大人小朋友也岩睇.   我們又可以一邊食餐一邊睇, 真係賞心樂事.晚餐包括頭盤四款, 燉湯, 主菜及甜品.  頭盤有 香涼拌茄子, 川汁白玉卷, 有辣有吾辣. 椒鹽雞軟骨, 夠鬆脆. 醉香鮑魚拌魚籽,   鮑魚燘得軟稔,  酒香入味, 入口爽彈鮮美.  加上魚籽更美味. 湯係姬松茸桃膠燉烏雞湯.   食材可以, 調味 OK. 每人一盅,  實料好味 !黃金燕麥阿拉斯加長腳蟹腳,  賣相擺碟吸引,  麥片加鹹蛋黃蓋上蟹腳,  外層炸得香脆.  第一次食炸蟹腳

把外層炸皮移去, 蟹肉可以由蟹腳抽出,  蟹腳殼已由廚師預先剪開.   蟹肉嫩滑鮮甜, 而麥片加鹹蛋黃有些鹹香感, 再吃樹葉形狀的芝士片, 更脆 !
