To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日去九龍城都只識食泰國野，一於今日去食下其他野先😜行左個圈見到有間個名幾特別嘅茶餐廳—紅雞冰廳。於是說入去試下喇👀同屋企人一人叫左一個餐🍛香煎厚切招牌豬扒飯配日本泉蛋黎到見到塊豬扒之後，果然唔會令人失望，不但聞到陣陣香味之外，而且真係扒如其名，有2cm咁厚呀，仲配埋蒜蓉汁就更加之香，豬扒口感鬆軟易咬，絕對唔需要嘥力氣 咀嚼😆，而係飯上面仲加埋溫泉蛋，令到個白飯唔會咁單調🍛自家製雙層芝士漢堡牛肉飯配炸蝦自家製嘅漢堡唔會好似出面嗰啲咁乾身，配搭埋芝士喺上面，入口特別滋味炸蝦又唔粉口，配上咖哩汁， 又唔會太濃遮咗個芝士漢堡味，調教得幾好最後跟餐有埋兩杯飲品都係六十幾蚊，呢個價錢又有咁高質真係超抵食呀

最後跟餐有埋兩杯飲品都係六十幾蚊，呢個價錢又有咁高質真係超抵食呀
