To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 葵涌廣場都會揀呢一間做午餐必點嘅係佢嘅小窩米線😚😚😚🌶️🌶️🌶️通常我會叫大辣,因為佢嘅辣唔係太辣,偏甜嘅湯底亦都令到成碗米線唔覺得好辣。佢嘅小窩米線有肉碎,韭菜同埋大量嘅酸菜。小雨天嘅湯底好濃郁,亦都俾佢酸菜整到有浸好香嘅酸味。 小窩米線可以加餸,通常我加雞翼,因為佢滷水好入味同埋個雞翼好滑好腍。 🤤🤤🤤我食咗好多年佢仍然維持到水準,同埋佢嘅餸菜湯料全部都煮得好入味。 價錢親民同埋食得出唔似坊間嘅酸辣米線咁樣用假嘅調味同埋味精。 😌🙌🏼
