To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經過見到呢間鋪新開張 一於試一試室內環境都好傳統 有格調 好似80年代望到餐牌必食 好似係海南雞呢個飯包含咗三個醬汁 包括左新加坡同泰式夠曬fusion 個湯好濃郁好好飲水晶雞雖然餐牌冇寫但係去晒骨 誠意度極高咬落多肉唔會鞋颯颯好耐無食過公仔面🤣🤣但其實我主要係想食個炒蛋牛肉煮得剛剛好 唔會太實仲加咗薑汁夠晒暖胃呢個話打滿分 夠晒滑💯好濃郁嘅蛋味 配埋個牛油多士 最後兩杯嘢飲係個點綴不過奉勸大家唔好吉得太多 會有少少苦澀味
