每次來叁淥火鍋,不論是家人或是朋友都要指定點鬼馬雙星,鬼馬雙星簡直是神級小食,油炸鬼鑲入滿滿的蝦膠,剛炸好的鬼馬雙星熱騰騰的,金黃酥香,毫不膩味,蝦膠紮實具彈力,富有濃濃的蝦鮮味,油炸鬼香脆可口,大家吃完鬼馬雙星都會吵著還想再吃呢。

手打黑松露豚肉丸都是叁淥火鍋自製的,是一道極具創意美味的手工火鍋料,吃到現在認真覺得叁淥火鍋每一款自家製配料下料均不手軟。那一大團黑松露光看就知道是頂級味兒,豚肉丸嚼起來細緻彈嫩,幽香的黑松露太銷魂了,手打黑松露豚肉丸口口都是愉悅。

田園菇菜拼盤非常豐富,色彩繽紛,包括多種蔬菜,如粟米、雞脾菇、鮮冬菇、油麥菜、唐生菜,蔬菜均洗得乾乾淨淨,嚐起來蠻清脆爽甜,菇菜和泰國椰子雞湯配合得天衣無縫,品味得到菇菜的清爽與原味。

懂吃懂煮的,一定會吃新鮮第一刀,常煮菜的媽媽一見到有新鮮第一刀,直嚷「一定要叫,好嘢嚟,好矜貴架」,直言沒想到叁淥火鍋有供應。我問媽媽甚麼是新鮮第一刀,媽媽答是豬脢頭中的上肉,佔豬身的份量極少,是切豬的第一刀,肉質爽口,用來做豬肉餅一流,老闆聽到媽媽的發言也說媽媽是識貨之人。

我鮮少在火鍋店喝白桃沙冰,主要是很多火鍋店沒供應,叁淥火鍋的白桃沙冰走輕盈路線,馥郁果香的白桃沙冰冰冰涼涼,喝上來有股水果自然的甜美,解飽膩又解渴。
