今天來到元朗,朋友推薦食「叄淥火鍋」。我話火鍋周圍都有,為何要選這間呢?他講了一句:食過你就知。我們大約6點左右到,人不算多。首先叫了個小食、兩杯飲品,同埋叫了個湯底。跟住佢竟然話飲下個湯先再叫配菜。職員隨即遞上醬料:蔥花/芫荽/蒜蓉/炸蒜/辣椒/沙茶醬/豉油,自己隨意選擇。首先來的是小食「金磚豆腐粒」,豆腐粒脆口不䶢,內裡仍然十分嫩滑,應該是我暫時食過最好食的炸豆腐。跟住黎左兩杯飲品「䶢檸七」和「芒果梳打」,兩個都不甜,味道剛剛好。之後上的是「花膠燉鮮水鴨湯」。湯頭呈奶白色。朋友即刻盛了一碗給我試試。嘩,湯底鮮甜,水鴨燉得非常淋,肉味滲入湯中。另外,花膠量十足,等不到十分鐘,湯面已有層膠質凝結。怪不得朋友話配菜要飲完個湯先再上。之後朋友叫了「新鮮第一刀」、「手包紫菜餃」、「潮汕手打牛丸墨丸雙拼」、「即炸響鈴」和「娃娃菜」。「新鮮第一刀」原來是近頸部的豬肉,肉味香濃,肉質爽口,配上花膠湯底,鮮上加鮮。「手包紫菜餃」真的十分少見,一咬開陣陣的紫菜香味,夾著一些榨菜,味道香口。「潮汕肉丸」肉味香濃,口感爽口彈牙,超好食!「即炸響鈴」上菜時,侍應竟然送上泰式辣醬,叫我們點醬試試。一試才知道即

出來時已約定朋友,4月尾前再來多次!
