元朗有幾間出名既omakase就係人都知,最近終於有新力軍入左黎,個名都幾特別,叫「舍利鮨」,已經成年冇飛過,最近思鄉病極重,冇得返家鄉既情況下,唯有食日本菜解一解鄉愁。裝修帶日式格調,店內以淺木色為主色,配搭柔和燈光,令人有種身心及心靈放鬆的感覺,Omakase即是廚師發辦,食omakase有一個好處就是每次黎都會有驚喜,廚師會因應不同季節及食材而設計不同的菜單。赤貝壽司赤貝肉質非常鮮甜,新鮮既赤貝帶有光澤,入口肉質爽脆,鮮味十足。燒帆立貝略為炙燒過既帆立貝更香,更鮮甜,用紫菜包住食口感更佳,筋子壽司原來同三文魚籽都是同樣的,只是筋子是連筋帶膜醃製的三文魚籽,而且是連著一片的,吃起來口感更有層次。
